Adapter

If you need an international socket adapter, you can borrow one from the reception.

Appointments

We are happy to arrange appointments for you, e.g., with the doctor, pedicure, manicure, tennis, golf, and massage.

Bath Towels

We are happy to provide you with extra bath towels for use at the swimming pond. Please inquire at the reception.

Bathrobe

We are pleased to provide you with a fluffy bathrobe. Please inquire at the reception.

Bathroom Stool

All our bathrooms are equipped with a bathroom stool. If you need an additional stool, please let us know.

Breakfast

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in our breakfast room next to the reception. Breakfast time is from 07:00 to 10:30 am.

Charger

Did you forget your charger for your tablet or smartphone? At our reception, we have a selection of chargers ready for you (including Lightning, USB-C, Mini USB, Micro USB).

Change of Linens

To conserve the environment, we do not automatically change towels daily. If you wish to have fresh towels, please place the used ones on the floor. For a daily change of bed linens, please contact the reception. The bed linen is changed twice a week. If you do not wish this or would like a daily change of bed linen, please contact reception.

Cocktails

We are happy to prepare a refreshing cocktail during the summer time upon your request. Please order directly at the reception.

Credit Cards

In addition to EC card payment, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club.

Departure

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am and return the room key to the reception. A later departure is possible in exceptional cases, but must be arranged with the reception in advance.

Doctor

If you are not feeling well, please notify the reception immediately. Dial 10 - we will gladly arrange for a doctor to assist you. You will find a directory with emergency numbers in this directory.

Drinks

A drink refrigerator is available in the lobby next to the reception at all times. Please note your room number and what you have taken on the pad next to the refrigerator. Our hot drink machine is also located there. Our employees also serve you a small selection of drinks in our lounge or in summer at our swimming pond.

Extra Blanket

There is a wool blanket in your closet in the room. We are happy to provide you with an additional blanket free of charge.

Fitness Studio/ Gym

Our fitness studio is available to you from Mon-Fri from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sat-Sun from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm free of charge.

Garage

You are welcome to rent a garage parking space for €10.00 per day. Please contact the reception for this. The hotel parking lot at the house is available to you free of charge.

Garden

The garden and breakfast terrace are available to our guests at all times. Cushions for the chairs and loungers are available at the reception.

House Key

Please take your room key with you for the duration of your stay, as it also serves as the key to the entrance door of the house.

House Shoes/Slippers

We are pleased to provide you with terry cloth slippers. Please contact the reception.

Internet

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. If you wish to use Wi-Fi, please log in with the password "schacherer2018"

Iron/Ironing Board

If you wish to iron something, please contact the reception. We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board.

Laundry Service

We would be happy to arrange cleaning of your laundry for you. Dirty laundry that is left with us before 9 a.m. will be returned to you on the same day, washed by 6 p.m. Please see the laundry list in this folder for prices.

Library

On the ground floor behind our lounge, you will find our library with a selection of various reading materials.

Lounge

Our hotel lounge on the ground floor invites you to relax. Occasionally, a selection of drinks and snacks is available free of charge between 5 and 8 pm.

Luggage Service

We are happy to transport your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact the reception for this service.

Minibar

For environmental reasons, we do not have minibars in our hotel rooms. Our central beverage refrigerator on the ground floor next to the reception is available to you around the clock.

Money and Valuables

Please do not leave valuables, jewellery, or cash openly in the room. Use the safe at the reception to deposit your valuables.

Newspapers and Magazines

A selection of daily newspapers can be found in the hotel lobby, and a range of magazines is available in our library.

Parking

The parking spaces at our house are available to you free of charge. If you need a garage, simply contact the reception.

You can also park along the street free of charge.

Pets

Your pets are welcome in our hotel! We charge €10 per animal/night.

Pharmacy

From the hotel entrance, walk down Moltkestraße to the left until you reach the roundabout, turn right at the roundabout, and after 50 meters you will find the nearest pharmacy.

Pillow Selection

We offer a selection of different pillows. If you need additional pillows, please contact the reception.

Photocopies

Photocopying or scanning is possible at the reception.

Rating

Dear guests, please do not forget to leave your review on the internet. If you booked through HRS, Bookings, or Hotel.de, we kindly ask you to leave your review there.

Reception

Our reception is usually open from 6 am to 9 pm. Outside of these times, you will find a list of emergency numbers at the reception.

Safe

If you wish to deposit your valuables, you can do so at the central safe at the reception.

Sewing

Did a button come loose? No problem, contact reception. We can offer you a sewing kit or our sewing service

Shoe Polish Machines

There is a shoe polish machine in the entrance area of the hotel.

Shoe Polish Accessories

Upon request, you can receive shoe polish accessories at our reception.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, as well as in all rooms. We ask smokers to smoke on the balcony of the room, where an ashtray is always provided.

Smoke Detectors

All areas of the hotel are equipped with smoke detectors. If a smoke detector sounds an alarm, please report this immediately.

Swimming Pond

Our natural swimming pond invites you to refresh and linger during suitable temperatures from 8 am to 9 pm. Please supervise your children. Sun loungers are available for use. You can also request a bathrobe.

Taxi

The reception gladly accepts pre-orders for taxis.

The hotel has a modern satellite TV system, as well as state-of-the-art LCD televisions. All available channels are programmed. A list of TV programs can be found in this directory.
